Language Study Abroad

Located in the heart of one of the world's most prestigious university cities, Berlitz Oxford offers a Language Study Abroad Program specifically designed for university professors, lecturers, researchers, and academic staff from Algerian higher education institutions.

This program supports the initiative of the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to strengthen English language proficiency and teaching methodology through international training abroad. It is open to all universities and higher education institutions across Algeria.

Program Includes:

-Advanced English Training:

High-quality English courses using the internationally recognized Berlitz Method, specially designed for academic professionals. A minimum English level of A2 is required.

-100% English Immersion:

Spend 15 days communicating entirely in English through classroom learning, daily activities, and social interactions.

-CLIL Methodology:

During the second week, participants learn Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), enabling them to teach their academic discipline in English. A STEM pathway is also available.

-International Academic Networking:

Meet educators from universities around the world, exchange best practices, and build valuable international academic connections.

-Academic Excursions:

Every Saturday includes a visit to leading UK universities such as Oxford, Reading, Bristol, or Cardiff, or a cultural excursion to London.

-Accommodation:

Participants stay in a private en-suite room at St Ebbes Residence, located just a two-minute walk from Berlitz Oxford.

-Certification:

Receive an official Berlitz UK Certificate accredited by the British Council upon successful completion of the program.

Program Dates

The program runs from September to December 2026 and includes 13 available cohorts.

Each cohort includes:

• 13-night stay
• Arrival on Sunday
• Departure on Saturday

-Program Fees:

The total program fee depends on the group size.

24 participants (+2 complimentary coordinators): £2,340

30–39 participants (+3 complimentary coordinators): £2,280

40–49 participants (+4 complimentary coordinators): £2,220

50–70 participants (+5 complimentary coordinators): £2,160

The accommodation package (£647) includes:

• Private en-suite accommodation
• Daily meals
• Airport transfers
• Academic and cultural activities

-Berlitz Algeria Services:

Berlitz Algeria provides complete guidance and support throughout the application process and participant preparation.

This service is billed separately at 20,000 DZD per participant, payable directly to Berlitz Algeria.

Not Included:

• UK visa fees
• Round-trip airfare (Algiers – London)
• Personal expenses during the stay
