Our programs are designed to help kids and teens develop their language skills in a fun, interactive setting. In order to achieve this goal, both the kids and the instructors use only the target language in class.

Private lessons
The Berlitz one-to-one language courses for kids and teens are designed to build confident language use: personalised lessons for learners aged 7–18, taught by native-level, highly qualified instructors. Classes are held exclusively in the target language, with a strong focus on speaking skills and listening comprehension.
Whether your child learns online or attends lessons in person, the schedule is always flexible. The topics are diverse as well: we help prepare for language exams, school entrance exams and final exams, or simply support your child in becoming a more confident speaker.

Our one-to-one language courses are recommended for children and teens aged 7–17. The method adapts to any age group, and the learning materials are selected based on the student’s age and skill level.
One-to-one lessons for children and teens are available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Romanian. If you are interested in other languages, please contact us.
Berlitz one-to-one lessons can be taken in person at our Language Center or live online with an instructor. Both formats provide the same high-quality, communication-focused learning experience.
Online lessons take place in a private Zoom room. Before the first lesson, the student receives the access link by email. Of course, online lessons also follow the Berlitz Method.
Personalised
In one-to-one lessons, your child receives the undivided attention of a highly qualified, native-level instructor. All activities are tailored to their language level, age and personal learning goals.
Flexible
There is no fixed number of lessons; both the schedule and the lesson topics are fully adjustable. Lessons can also be rescheduled if needed.
Accessible
Courses can start at any time throughout the year and are not tied to the school calendar. Lessons are available in person at our Váci Street Language Center or online.

English camps in Slovenia
English summer language camps are a great way for your child to learn a new language and culture while having fun and meeting new friends. Each lesson is interactive and full immersion, meaning that the teacher and students speak only in the target language.
Our class sizes are small groups with up to 10 students, grouped by age and skill level so that classes can be most effective. This format helps students more easily engage with each other and the instructor and rapidly see results.
Our summer language camps also feature cultural experiences that engage students outside of the classroom.
We also believe in celebrating achievements at Berlitz and all our summer language camps include a Celebration of Skills and Certificate at the end of the program.
What more should you know about the English camps in Slovenia
Our summer language camps lasts 5 or 6 days, depending on the selected location.
A typical day includes morning classes and workshops in English, and the afternoon is dedicated to a variety of sports and other activities, depending on the location.
You can choose from 2 locations:
- Pohorje: Pohorje is a 1543-meter-high natural oasis with wast forests, the Primeval forest Šumik, pastures, unspoiled Pohorje waters, waterfalls, and with the largest butterfly in Europe. In the summer, Pohorje is an excellent location to escape the city heat and enjoy in the fresh air. Children will be accommodated in FOREST APARTMAJI VIDEC***
- Fiesa: In Fiesa, children will enjoy the sun and the sea. The Fiesa holiday home, where the children will be accommodated, is only 5 minutes away from a well-kept beach and a sports field. The sea resort of Fiesa is the ideal place for exploration and sea adventures that will remain in the children's memory.

Summer Schools in Budapest or Prague
During our summer programs, children develop their confidence and speaking skills in small groups with the support of native and bilingual English teachers. Groups of 4–7 students are formed based on age and language level, ensuring that every child can learn at a pace that suits them best.
Through guided conversations and everyday topics, children are introduced to the English language in a fun and engaging way, within a supportive community and a purpose-designed learning environment.
Children can join weekly sessions (Monday to Friday). Classes take place at the language centre and include 4 English lessons per day. Each lesson lasts 45 minutes, including a 5-minute break.

Our summer programs in Budapest, running every summer since 2004 are recommended for primary and secondary school students aged 7–17. During the summer holidays, children can join weekly sessions (Monday to Friday). Classes take place daily from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and include 4 English lessons per day. Each lesson lasts 45 minutes, including a 5-minute break.

Our summer programs in Prague are recommended for kids in kindergarten, and primary and secondary school students aged 7–17. Summer classes are offered every week during the summer holidays from Monday to Friday. Summer kindergarten for kids between 4-7 years starts at 9:00 am and lasts until 12:15. Summer school for kids aged 8-17 is between 9:00 and 13:00.
