Expat training

Our expat training is designed for small groups of up to 10 participants and can be delivered online, in person at our language center in Sofia, or directly at your company’s offices. Sessions can range from short booster modules (90 minutes) to half-day or multi-day workshops. The program combines seminars, personalized coaching, and digital tools to prepare employees and their families for both the professional and personal challenges of moving abroad.

Topics focus on the realities of adapting to a new country. These include cultural values and communication styles, leadership and teamwork differences, strategies for overcoming culture shock, and adapting to new business practices. Practical everyday skills such as navigating daily life, building local networks, and understanding social norms are also part of the training. Each program is tailored to the destination country and the participant’s role.
