Our Digital Skills for IT series of seminars offers newcomers to the IT industry three practical, topic-based modules. The core of these seminars is to build on your expertise in IT and expand your soft skills. In our interactive live online seminar format, you deepen your know-how in areas such as IT service management and web development as well as specific English skills in the IT environment and put them directly into practice.

In this seminar, you learn to use programming languages and to create websites with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL. Regardless of whether you are just starting out or want to deepen your existing knowledge, this practical seminar brings you closer to web development and builds upon your existing knowledge step by step. Our programming team aims to not only expand your basic understanding of coding but also offer an intensive and practical "deep dive" into web development.
Duration: Full-time for 4 weeks from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Format: Practical online course in a virtual learning environment
Access requirements: You will need a stable internet connection as well as a laptop or desktop computer and a headset. A personal consultation will take place before the start of the course.

Many companies need service management teams who are passionate about IT and can simultaneously offer solution- and customer-oriented communication. This practical module covers the topic of cloud services, furthers your service and communication skills and prepares you for the external ITIL 4 Foundation® certificate examination. ITIL stands for "IT Infrastructure Library" and offers an introduction to the management of modern IT-supported services. This includes practical guidelines to improve IT service processes within companies and to support companies on the path of digital transformation. Supported by an experienced team, you will practice and apply your newly acquired knowledge and skills directly.

The IT world speaks English. This 4-week live advanced-level language training focuses on improving and expanding your English skills within the IT environment. This includes subject-related topics as well as discussions on customer service, e-mail communication, making phone calls and more. In four weeks, you will improve and activate your English skills, consolidate your grammar and learn important phrases, idiomatic expressions and colloquial expressions which are particularly important for your tasks in IT. The aim of the seminar is to develop your existing language skills quickly and to expand your vocabulary to enable you to act confidently in various professional situations.
