Challenge 1: Staffing Crisis in the Care Sector

The association, like many other institutions in Germany, faced a shortage of qualified nurses to care for the elderly and people with disabilities. In response to the staffing gaps, recruitment efforts began in Poland, with the aim of attracting competent professionals who could strengthen the team.

Challenge 2: Need to Train the Team for Working Abroad

Polish candidates were selected to work at the association, but an initial assessment revealed that their knowledge of the German language required improvement before they could begin working in Germany.

Due to the geographical dispersion of the candidates and time constraints, an intensive and flexible solution was needed to help the future caregivers reach a B2 language proficiency level within 12 months

Project implementation strategy - Intensive German Courses

To meet our client’s needs and taking into account the limited time and the geographical dispersion of the candidates across various cities in Poland, we launched an intensive online language training program. We organized several closed groups, each attending up to 10 lessons per week.

The program lasted 12 months, allowing candidates to quickly acquire the necessary language skills to effectively begin their work in Germany.

The courses enabled participants to reach B2 level in just 12 months - without the need to relocate.
